L'Etat belge exige que vous déclariez chaque compte étranger au Point de Contact Central (PCC) de la Banque Nationale de Belgique.
Il ne s'agit pas seulement de comptes à vue, mais aussi de comptes à terme et de comptes-titres.
La déclaration auprès du PCC peut se fairetant parvoie électronique que via papier. Si vous ne le faites pas, ou si vous le faites tardivement, vous risquez une amende et éventuellement un accroissement d'impôt. Vous ou votre gestionnaire de dossier devez également déclarer votre compte étranger chaque année dans votre déclaration IPP. La déclaration au PCC doit être faite au plus tard en même temps que le dépôt de la déclaration IPP.
